Who needs a Boating Safety Certificate?
Online Boater Safety Course – This is approved by the State of Michigan. Completion of the course and passing the online test means you get a Boating Safety Certificate. Unlike the course offered each May by PBWOA and other local organizations, these courses are not free but you do not have to pay until you pass the test.
